Am I still in love? (5)

1 Name: Kichiko : 2016-03-06 12:45 ID:t2GR+kiZ [Del]

I dated this girl in middle school and I was head over heels for her. We didn't date very long but I've never felt that way about someone before (even now). I knew I still had lingering feelings for her as I moved onto high school but somehow, I feel like they grew. Eventually she switched schools and we grew apart, but my feelings never went away. We've been talking on and off as friends for a while now and I've been having really weird (romantic/h) dreams about us more frequently. Am I falling in love with her again? Is it just something that's happening?

P.s - We've both finished high school already so it has been a while since we dated.

Do you drool looking at her photos?

Everyone's experience of "falling in love" is different and it is therefore difficult to give a definitive answer to your question. "Still in love", "falling in love again" or "feeling lingering attraction" are equally possible situations.

For the sake of your peace of mind, the most neutral answer is "you feel some sort of attachment and/or attraction toward the girl".

I think it is more important to ask yourself whether or not the answer even matter, frankly.
Would anything change if you "realize" that you are "in love" with her? How important is the answer to you?

>>2 Lol she's just that gorgeous

>>3 The answer is very important to me. I want to pursue her and be in a long relationship with her but I really don't want to do that if my feelings for her aren't pure. Also, if my feelings for her are true, and i'm actually still in love with her, I'd have to come out to my parent - I couldn't be with someone I love without telling my Mother that we're both girls.

>>4 Sadly, the answer rest between you and her. Also, since you wish to pursue a relationship, is that not enough as an indicator as to how you "like" them?

Also, my opinion (which is in no way meaningful because I do not know you nor any of the concerned parties) is that "pureness" of feelings is a worrisome idea, because feelings change. At least get an idea as to how your friend is feeling before making any decisions, I guess.
