If I'm convincing myself that I'm not hungry, is that anorexia nervosa or not? I'm not really sure...>_<

Warning: do not take my opinion as a valid medical advice. Do see the doctor/get legitimate medical attention if you situation worsens significantly.

To have anorexia nervosa, you must exhibit a number of persistent symptoms for a certain length of time. Click here for a list

If those thoughts of yours (coupled with beliefs that you are fat, powerful anxiety or etc) are persistent and causing you significant distress in any way, then you should definitely get medical/psychological attention as soon as you can. Better safe than sorry.

(Thinking to yourself that you are not hungry is not sufficient to diagnose you with anorexia nervosa because it is only one possible symptoms amongst many. Maybe small gradual intake of food/favorite non carbonated drink might help? Good day. :) )
