Yo! I just came here, and was wondering about something. Isn't this a “colourless" internet fan group? I understand the concept of this, such as helping others and all. But, aren't the other members pushing too hard on this? Like, “Fighting those bad guys" and such? So, yeah! That's it! I just wanted to write those questions here, because this is called “Personal." Ignore this if you would like to, but, I just want atleast someone to answer those questions. Oh, and thanks!

the dollars was made on durarara as a colorless gang that would keep in touch with members all around the world, sharing problems that the world faces and encouraging people to make a change and help each other. When the dollars website was created in real life it was made to be a replica of the dollars website in the durarara anime/manga, but it was not made to be a fan site. Mainly, because the dollars website in durarara was not a fan site. Although, the chat rooms linked to the dollars site is mainly for fans to rollplay and such.

There's the About page where you can find your info... this isn't a fan site, but it is based off of the Dollars concept. Do some digging around the website and you'll figure that out pretty easy.
