I have Aspergers and as a side effect I suck at social interactions and I have been getting compliments lately and i want to reply to them in turn but my mind is too slow to think of a viable, sincere compliment so yeah... Any tips on that front?

Thank them for the compliment, that's the first thing you can do. Take it step by step, baby steps at a time. And speak what's on your mind, be honest, that's most important. If you don't have a compliment for them, better to just thank them instead of saying something insincere. For example, say one of your friends helps out an old lady to pick up something she dropped. You can compliment him/her by telling them "That was really nice of you." Things like this. It might take some practice, but you'll get there. Hope this helped :)
