I think you should tell someone you know and trust and perhaps ask them for help? In the meanwhile, try to make yourself feel more comfortable in your looks. Try appearing more feminine in any way that you can. Start growing out your hair is a good start, unless you already have long hair, you could also buy new clothes whenever you can. You could paint your nails, or even do something as simple as taking forever to get ready in the morning, or taking a long, relaxing bath.

What Neko and Robo said. My personal opinion is be happy the way you were born, you're perfectly fine that way TBH.

I don't know how old you are, but give it some very serious deep thought. Hormone therapy isn't the kind of stuff you can just easily reverse if you go through with it, from what I've heard. Think about it carefully.

Statistically hormonal therapy actually does harm in some studies. Suicidal thoughts and depression actually increases post surgery or hormones.

AS for what robo said, they are patently wrong. There is no proof at all of any hiring disparity in any first world country (assuming we're talking about them) outside of specific jobs such as porn star.

You may have a gender dysphoria. It's comparable to anorexia where the individual feels a great discomfort in their own body for perceived reasons. I advise seeing a therapist.

I would start looking into testosterone reducing foods. Eating more foods like dried fruits and soy products would be a good first step.

Just dress how you want to dress! Do what makes 'you' feel comfortable! And you dont need any hormones to be a woman, if you feel "womanly" already, then you are! Just know that you are valid, you are a beautiful person whos opinions matter!
