A Close Friend (5)

1 Name: Sadashi : 2016-02-23 20:52 ID:MhLLd4mo [Del]

Im having an issue with a friend from school and I dont really know how I'm supposed to help her. Shes been acting really depressed and she's even been cutting herself. I've tried talking to her about it and she said it was because of people bullying her, but I've never seen anyone picking on her. Is it possible that a few innocent jokes from some of our other friends and I is what's causing this?

it is probably a bully I know bully's are jerks and will keep picking on her you can report it to someone. That s not my style so if you don't want to seem like an ass and tattle tell then just find out the bully and team up on them with some of your friends and tell them to stop messing with your friend.

Also you should put in an extra effort to stay close to her and make sure she feels wanted. Feeling alone in this situation can lead to more self-harm or worse.

Just be there for them and let them know that they're not alone. If possible, figure out who the bullies are and tell someone about it. Other than that, just encourage them with kind words. I hope this helps.

The fact that you sugar coat it by calling them "innocent jokes" means you probably know exactly what was bugging her and just don't want to be responsible or feel guilty.
