I sprained my ankle the sunday before valentines day and I went to the hospital, I was told it was a severe sprain and that it will take a while to heel. Anyways, I was resting all of the time with my ankle elevated. I did walk around though to use the restroom and stuff. About a week later, my crutch slipped on the tile in my kitchen and i feel on my sprained ankle and hit my head on the wall. No biggie, my brother helped me up and took me to my room. i'm tired of using crutches and hopping everywhere, so, i tried to put some pressure on my foot. It hurt so bad, worse than expected. I also felt like I was stepping on a thousand little knives. Is this normal? I'm thinking of going to the doctor soon anyways, should I mention this?

Most likely! But honestly I don't know I've never sprained my ankle! XD Anyway I'd go tell my mom!! Mothers always know what's best!!

If you did that to your foot after a week of spraining it, then that is normal. You should definitely tell your doctor. Trust me I have sprained my ankle three times in the same month. It was a good month.

You might wana try to numb the pain a little by pittung some ince on the sprained area and occasionally putting pressure on it, but if it doesnt get better, try checking it out.
