This probably sound sort of narcissistic but I have my own idea for myself to pose for a photo-shoot as a model.

I don't want to be a model, maybe to hustle a couple of bucks as a side job but that's it, but it would be cool to set up my own shoot and have a photographer take photos of me.

I kind of imagine doing nudes, erotica, posing with snakes/spiders, in burlesque outfits, or in a greaser outfit.

I'm not that good looking, but if I went to the gym more and got rid of my acne I would be okay doing some average jobs.

Is there anyway I can make that happen or can that only be a fantasy? I'm into photography as well so I can see how that "fantasy" might happen if the model asks to model and for the shoot. But does that happen a lot or rarely?

If you just want photographers to take photos of you, then find photographers who do the type of shots you like and hire them. It's really that easy. The cost will vary depending on how well known they are, how extreme the shoot is, and whether or not you want commercial rights to the photos.

There are also a ton of small-time photographers and fashion designers who specialize in erotic costumes, etc. with their own studios who are always looking for practice models. You may not get paid for it, but it could be a good starting point.

Just start googling tbh.

You would likely pay to have pictures taken. Turning a profit is your responsibility. Making a product is rather simple in this case. The hardest part would be making it marketable.
