I woke up two my father saying “Don't shoot the messenger but..." he was holding my copy of Pokémon Red version that I had received in the 1st grade that he had brought to the local RU Game to get it cleaned and maybe fixed professionally. “...They said there was nothing they could do; the pins were too corroded, they said..." At this point I was already trying to hold back my tears, but then he said those last two words: “I'm s o r r y".

I'm sorry that happened to you! Could you find a new or different copy of pokemon red? Or would it be hard to find?
