I need some help or more like advice. I got dumped a while back, and she was the only reason I even lived. Since then I've started cutting myself, and all I want is to have her back, but I have no sure way to get in touch with her. What do I do?

if she left you I would suggest not trying to get her back. if she left she was probably not committed. there are a million, million people on earth. it will seem hard at first but over time your heart will heal and someone even better will come along to fill the holes in your heart. I can promise you things will get better you just got to stay strong and push past the hard times. Also if your cutting I would suggest finding a friend to talk to and look for ways to stop. I know from experience and research that cutting is addicting and the more you cut the more you will want to cut and the deeper the cuts will get. my sister cut when she was 15. she's 18 now and always gets ugly looks because of the scars she can never get rid of that are all over her arms. if you need to talk to someone contact me at kanra4u.dollars@gmal.com

Sorry about your break up, must be tough. But in time you'll learn to recover from it and all. It's not good to rely or have too much dependence on just one person as a reason to live. There's others out there, not just girlfriends, but friends and acquaintances and co-workers and family and all sorts of people who can give you reasons to live, or things to protect.
If you really really think you should get back together though, then ask friends of hers or people around her to help contact her if you can't do it directly, and share to her how you've really been feeling.
