You can try the following:

>proxy
It's getting obsolet and it's kinda slow, but might work.
>reseting your internet router
If it's not a rangeban, that will probably work. And it's simple, it only takes around 15 seconds.
>vpn
Virtual Private Network. There are some free ones, but the best are paid. If you pay for a good one, chances are that's gonna work.
>tor
A lot of sites have banned Tor and it is also getting more and more obsolet over the time, but it also might work. It's free and not as slow as a proxy. It also is a safe way to surf online if you're not gonna post anything.
