First, thank you, who emailed me and made me smile. Thank you for telling me the world isn't so bad that I think. It gave me hope! And I don't want to commit suicide anymore.

But, there's still a problem.
Whenever something bad happens, many thoughts come into my head, like : "what if I really should commit suicide" or "maybe suicide isn't so bad idea" or "there's no meaning in life anymore".
And I hate it.
My question is, how to get over these thoughts? I don't want them to appear in my head.

Thank you for spending your time on reading this.

Well that happens. Its better not to die since there is nothing to gain. But it can put you in some sort of deppression. Not wanting to do anything not much pleasure against a wall all you want to do is sleep or things like that... But if you last long enough you may end up being pushed back up by needs. You can at least give yourself the time to fix what you can.

A problem exist to be fixed. Death is only a result of being crushed by a problem. I personally fear death and for a long time survived rather then lived. And althought reintegration in society is hard I am alive now.

Run from the problem, change the problem, fix the problem or destroy the cause. Not all can be done some depending on what were talking about may be illegual. But it is a path. A path available for you to chose.

You don't know what happens in death. There are so many possibility... Worst case scenario you die and its a dream state... Shoving that nightmare in you till the memories and dream turns black. PS also there is no real painless way to die. There are cleaner ways and quicker, but no real sure painless kill solution.

... Thinking about it read suicide island or holy land. Its good to kill time and sometimes it helps to think...

We sympathise and sometimes place ourself in there shoes. And the answers starts comming how far you would go or sometimes a bit of how you want to live.

I talk to much but hopefully enough to get things done. Still your a lucky person. I mean how did they know or how lucky was it that you had that email when you needed it.

You know, as someones about to commit suicide such as jumping off a bridge they have a split second after they jump where they definitely regret doing this. Sounds cliche'?

well about 5 years ago I read an article about an old man who runs a little boat service right near a river where there's a bridge. So he'd see almost all the suicide attempts. He goes to save them every time, some were lucky, some weren't. But to the ones who were lucky they thanked that man greatly and told him they had a change of heart. Forgot which country this is in....

Basically don't rely on an old man with a boat to come save you.
