What do you call someone who does believe in a god or divine being, but not specific one? Like just believes there is one in general? And doesn't focus on the type of religion?
To be more specific, someone who believes that there is a creator of the universe. However, they believe that everything bad or good that has happened to humans is not at the hands of god. It is at the hands of humans. They reject all other of the "miracles" (one could say supernatural abilities) of god. And they don't primarily care or focus on any religion.

Closest I can think of without doing any research is a variation of agnostic.

Don't think so. If someone ask what you believe in, why not explain things as they are? Because once said, you cannot control what others do or think with your fabulous 'names '.

Deism = God created the world and left the human beings live their lives without divine intervention. God is not a person and has no super powers, it is a thing.
Theism = God is an entity, and he is the only God (monotheism by default) present. He controls the universe and is always watching us.
In both ways, you are 100% sure that there's a God. But...
Agnosticism = Not being sure if there is a God or not.
There are both the theist agnosticism and atheist agnosticism: I don't now if there's a God, but I do/don't believe there is one.
