Hi, dear Dollars, I need some advice or someone to tell this.

I'm 19, good student and have some good friends. I think I have a good life, but still fell so lonely. I want a girlfriend, someone who cares and cuddle me. I know a girl... she's like me, but she's also a bit hikikomori. Another friend of mine is trying to make she get out from her house often. Every time I've talked with her, we have a lot of fun together.

What do you think? Should I try to meet her? Or maybe I have to meet some new people?
