I need help.
My sister is suffering from depression and I feel like she needs someone to support her and help her feel better about herself but I don't know how to do this for her without making her feel even worse, if you know what I mean. She has inflicted self harm and doesn't care what happens to herself anymore. This really worries me and makes me sad because she used to always be so happy.
Please help me with this
