I came to this conclusion last year at school when I got too angry.My pulse grew,my hand went numb.Any time I get too angry my heart start pumping faster and faster and my head feels like a second heart,like I hear the heart beating in my head.

I don't think that's a blood pressure problem, well it's definitely not a high blood pressure problem (my whole family on my mothers side, including me, has high blood pressure".

The only advice I can really give you is find something you love dearly, whether it be a person or object (for me it's playing the piano) and whenever you feel angry just think about/be with/do that. Sorry, that's really all I can say. I hope you're ok!

I use to have anger issues as well. And in those cases thankfully I always use to keep a pen (no I did not stab people). But whether I had a paper or used my hands I drew a certain symbol which I've come to know as my peace symbol. It just acted as a reminder of who I was. It didn't calm me down but rather reminded me to control my anger, up to you what you wanna use!
