because billions of years ago the universe exploded into existence and the earth was created and formed into what it is today. Tbh our only true biological preprogrammed reason we exist is to eat, survive, and create offspring to further our genetics on. Everything else is just icing on the cake, yay technology.

Asked my gf this question and she says we are here because a giant asteroid came down and killed off many of the dinosaurs. The asteroid's impact created debris and dust that blocked out parts of the sky resulting in an ice age. Mammals started to grow larger and come out due to the extinction of the large lizards that used to eat them. Eventually apes grew and grew branching off different evolutionary paths one of which was us and as the ice age slowed down and new foliage took over so did we as we began to use tools (start of the stone age.) We were nomads following our prey until we learned about agriculture and started to create settlements. From there we entered into the bronze age, then the medieval/dark ages, experienced a Renaissance enriching culture and arts, an industrial age advancing technology, and finally into the digital age. That is why we are here. From homonids such as australopithicus to homo sapiens sapiens.
i think what illupo3450 is trying to say is that it dosent really matter why cause about 5 people acully new all of that. but i like to think it like asking a teacher why shes making us take a test and why it has somany questions on it. but for me i like to think that it dosent matter why im taking the test as long as i get a good grade. anyway i dought that made any sense but but if it helped than cool! oh i you want my email, just ask and you shall reseve.
