ah, you (or maybe I) have come to the right place! Wearing a rectangular scarf around your neck while covering your chest is one way. Or you could wear a 'Dupatta', they're fashionable :o
There's also ummm a sports bra? And other sorts of clothing...that's unless you don't mind compressing your breasts a bit.

Maybe a sports bra or a tank top. They also sell bras without wires. If you don't plan on wearing a bra at all, then I'd avoid thin and see-through shirts. I would wear a nice hoodie or a frilly shirt to avoid wearing bras lol
