Am I going to be ok? (4)

1 Name: Sylas : 2015-12-31 18:00 ID:t2GR+kiZ [Del]

Recently i've been more focused on my school work (i'm homeschooled) and I work all night. All night? What? What about during the day? I sleep during the day. All day. So my schedule is school work from 9pm - 4am and sleep from 4:30am - 6pm. This isn't healthy, I know, but am I going to be ok with this schedule? Will it affect my body or mind in any way?

Please don't ridicule me.

So you are asking us for our opinion about your schedule. I don't know. How do you feel about it? Don't ask us about an opinion about your health. It's your health. If you are not comfortable change your habits. I can't do anything about your sleeping schedule.

>>1 I have a very similar sleep schedule for completely different reasons. You shouldn't have too much to worry about. Aside from missing the morning sun, you're totally fine.

If this persist, even when you aren't on a schedule, I suggest looking up "Delayed sleep phase disorder" It's something I've learned to manage.

Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise...

Well there aren't as many health benefits with that sleep schedule as waking up in the morning like normal. I'd say a huuuge list of all the not-so-beneficial aspects of your schedule but that'll be....very tiring for me and you...But!

Time in the morning passes a lot slower, if not twice as slow, which helps to finish A LOT of things during the day. I managed to clean my sister's fucking huge fishtank this morning and it was only 11 am when I finished.
