Hey not sure if I can help but things like this are definitely something you do one step at a time. You may not be able to get rid of this addiction right away but a little bit at a time helps.
Whatever you do, always remember that stopping it is possible and is doable! DON'T FORGET TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
Yes that sounds cliche but it's the truth, you are your own personal hero. One day you'll look back and say, "Oh, I did it!"
I don't know you, but trust me I already believe that you can do it. You're already taking the first step.

I have experience with self-harm. I've been clean for 2 or so years now. Whenever you have the urge to cut yourself try drawing on yourself instead. Take up something you like that doesn't hurt you to keep yourself from cutting. Explore new possibilities until you find something that helps you. Everyone is different.
