Whelp, I've had my cousin die of cancer, my two grandmothers die of old age, my uncle have a heart attack and live, my girlfriend of a year left me for someone she met in college, the new girl I dated wants nothing to do with me after she spoke to my former best friend from two years ago who helped my ex from the same time spread lies that I cheated on/raped her, and my studies are going to shit, and all of this in the last month. I don't know if this would help but your we're killing to help me with panic attacks so I wouldn't mind helping
1) cry as much as you need to
2) take a day off and watch your favourite movie
3) talk to someone you know or someone who is willing to help
4) try to think it's death is a natrual thing
