Some Digestive Issues (4)

1 Name: Ana : 2015-12-16 19:02 ID:C6E9sTre [Del]

I have been getting loose stools lately, possibly from eating too much food for dinner the day before. I seem to be eating more on a whim. It's getting rather annoying, even though it's most likely my fault. I also have been skipping breakfast and lunch (I usually skip breakfast anyway) as a result of this.
I would also like to mention that I almost always feel "full." Even when I have skipped meals for more than a day, my stomach still does not feel empty.
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do about this?

Try limiting what you eat throughout the day, and making sure it's at least somewhat healthy. Otherwise, I'm not really sure what to say... This is just my beginners advice.
You could find things to distract you from thinking of food too, rather than watching a movie or show. It may help.
(When I say limit, I mean something like trying to not put so much on your plate.)

So even when you don't eat for more than a DAY you still feel full? o-o Hmmm either you don't realise you're eating snacks throughout the day or your stomach might be bloated for some unknown medical reason. If that's the case then you really really should go see a doctor, it could be anything.

Also if you can, keep a food diary so when you need to continue getting checkups or just wanna see why you're stomach is upset you can refer to that.

>>2 I typically eat less than the normal amount (around one or two meals a day), it's just that when I actually do get around to eating, I may eat more than I intend to, or more than I actually want. I eat or not eat on a whim.

>>3 I guess I could request to go to a doctor to my parents, but I figured it would be somewhat bothersome.
When I do skip meals for more than a day, my stomach does not feel empty, but I do get other symptoms of hunger, such as weakness and tiredness.
