It's very embarassing to talk about this,but here we go.I have panic attacks from the most stupidest reasons:
Being far away from home
Going anywhere without the company of a "safe" person
I have panic attacks when I am in hospital and when an exam is coming.I am so embarassed

Okay FIRST OF ALL

Panic attacks aren't embarrassing, and your reasons aren't stupid. Exams are terrible so no wonder xD Being far away from home is always difficult and painful, not being able to be around familiar faces and places, its heartbreaking. Going anywhere without a safe person isn't well safe, you need someone to help you calm down and just get yourself together. Panic attacks in hospital are natural seeing as its a hospital and hey, who likes the hospital?! xD Exams are a nightmare you HAVE EVERY RIGHT to have an attack. Not that its a good thing to have an attack. Anyways I think you should get treatment if its too serious and you can't handle it, but hey don't let it ruin your life. Don't let Panic attacks CONTROL you, YOU CONTROL the panic attacks. Its nothing to be embarrassed about, honestly said i think you did great asking for help instead of holding it in so well done to you! ;) Good luck and take care of yourself :))

How old are you ?

You might eventually get used to what you fear: tests are very common after all.
