I know this is kinda trivial but I was thinking about taking my driving test on Saturday but driving with my dad today made me lose a lot of that confidence I had. I know, I know, driving with your parents is never fun because they bitch at you and whatever. Well I need to practice parking because with everything else, I'm okay. I just finished taking three driving lessons and the instructor kept telling me how great of a driver I was and that she would recommend that I work on my parking. I just mastered up/down hill parking since that's on our state test, even though everyone constantly tells me that I will never in my life use that kind of parking. I can't do 90 degree parking. And by that I mean the ones you have to turn into. Diagonal parking is easy because you go right in, but 90 degree parking is so hard. I'm fine driving with an instructor, with my mom, my brother, my boyfriend, but every time I have to drive with my dad, I just get so angry, frustrated and upset, that I end up driving home and leaving him in the car. I want advice. How do you or have you gone about driving with parents? I really have no confidence right now in my driving and I just feel shitty and like I'm going to fail the test if I attempt it on Saturday. I just really need my license now that I'll be driving to school. Please help.
