So, thanks to thanksgiving, I now have no pants that fit me and am dealing with body image issues. I'm pretty lazy, but anyone know of any easy exercises to burn all this fat quickly?

Ooh, I seem to be gaining some weight too... I'm not trying to lose it but I wanna make sure I'm keeping fit in accord with my weight.

I'm not sure how quick, but I'm just going on the treadmill for 10 mins jogging everyday _ You might not need to focus on losing weight, focus on keeping up with it. But it depends on your previous to current weight, (I don't want to be giving bad advice I mean it!)

The lightest I've been was about 145 lbs. Now, it's been about a year and I'm almost 200 lbs.

I do not like change!!! QnQ

>>3 ahh I see, that is a bit of a leap but I'm not sure what your body type is (don't worry you don't need to tell me). Try using a BMI scale, you might find it online if you google search. From my knowledge there's various factors:

- If you're a male in your late teens or early adulthood that weight range is okay.
- If you're a female in your late teens or early adulthood it might only be slightly over.
- Whether you're male or female in your early teens it might be best to begin keeping your weight in check as soon as possible, no matter what the factor (unless you've got a disability don't heed this advice please ._.)
- Big built or small built. If you're a big build then it's okay to an extent, just remember to focus on catching up to your weight, not trying to reduce it. If you're a small build then again it might be a bit of a worry.
- You're metabolism rate. Is it fast? Is it slow? Just figure that out and then adjust your eating habits accordingly.

Thanksgiving always leaves me rolling between places. Maybe you could work out some kind of schedule to help burn some calories.
Like a workout.
I do this. Spend 20 minutes a day doing some kid of work out. 10 in the morning and 10 at night. You'll be the size you want before you know it.
