- If you're a male in your late teens or early adulthood that weight range is okay.
- If you're a female in your late teens or early adulthood it might only be slightly over.
- Whether you're male or female in your early teens it might be best to begin keeping your weight in check as soon as possible, no matter what the factor (unless you've got a disability don't heed this advice please ._.)
- Big built or small built. If you're a big build then it's okay to an extent, just remember to focus on catching up to your weight, not trying to reduce it. If you're a small build then again it might be a bit of a worry.
- You're metabolism rate. Is it fast? Is it slow? Just figure that out and then adjust your eating habits accordingly.
