I have been really lonely. I feel empty and all I want to do is cry. It may have been from a major crush on this girl. I have been trying to capture her attention. We do have a lot in common. I don't know. I have been in a relationship before and ended badly. I am also afraid of the past coming back and biting me in the ass. Please help.

If you like her a lot try to become friends with her, if you are not already. Since you have a lot in common it shouldn’t be too hard to find a subject to talk about so just try to keep the conversation going and stay in contact. Maybe spend some time together aswell. Just try to get closer to her and her to know you better. If you trust the girl enough tell her about your fear and how you feel. It’s sometimes hard to talk about stuff like that, I know, but if she is a nice person she’ll understand. And just because your other relationship ended badly doesn’t mean that this one will end up badly aswell. Try to see it as a new start. The worst thing that could happen is that says she isn't in love but that’s it. You two could still be close friends. And if you are lonely and need someone to talk to you can always check out the chatroom. There are some pretty nice people.
