As the title say,I am in constant pain.Both physical and psychical.Physical cause I have problems with my stomach and from that cramps are triggered and sometimes stinging pains in weird parts of my body.Random.Psychical cause I am bullied for being handicapped and different.It drives me insane.Can't take it anymore

For your physical pain, have you seen a doctor yet?

For your psychological pain, did you talk to it to your teachers, maybe?

The teachers don't give a shit and about the doctors in Romania...bleah.They will send me from hospital to hospital and resolve nothing

Don't be so hard on teachers :D people care or don't care. I care deeply for my students and I'm sure there should be one in your school who really cares, maybe an assistant or the principal?
You should definitely see a doctor. Some physical problems may often be connected to psychological distress OR be the cause of them, go from hospital to hospital if need be, we don't want you to regret it later.
If you want to speak about your problems with bullies you can do it here. I used to be bullied too, surrounded myself with friends and stopped caring about the bullies.

Sounds like a tamer version of Chile, we don't even have any hospitals here in Curico where I live, even people dying have to struggle with paying their stay in the hospitals in Santiago (Chile's capital) Don't lose hope buddy there is good everywhere, you just have to search for it. If you need medical attention you can search for a clinic or a psychologist first maybe.
