Anyone out there who have seen the Usernames Garen, Chido, or Xue Lang, please let me know the time and date. My current position makes it hard for me to find them just by using the chat alone. If anyone can give me information on a pattern of times and/or dates that would be a great help.

I am looking for those three to not only see people who are important to a friend of mine but to also give them a message. Please any help would make me grateful.
