The moral thing to do in that situation is to wait it out. You cannot force a person to leave someone they are with, and it wouldn't be fair to you the other dude if you were to start dating before they've broken up. Its unfortunate, but sometimes doing the right thing isn't in our best interest.

I agree with Boric on this one, I've been in that situation before me and if you rush things, your only going to regret it. Be patient, and if she really does like you, she won't be needing any help to end the relationship.
