There's this guy in my class who swears all the time, can't even sit on his chair properly but can walk like a gentleman when he can, writes like a first grader and eats gum during class. he's not a gangster but he acts like one. And he annoys me so much, it's hard to be nice when the teacher told me to help him. And yeah, he really needs help.
To tell you guys the truth, I've been classmates with him for 3 years and he's gotten from bad to worst! When I try to help him... uh, wait, I never tried at all. Does helping him understand the lesson count? I don't think so... Whatever I teach him never comes out on the quiz. TTvTT
But when he does something bad, and I report to the teacher, it's like the temperature freezes and stuff. And I don't know what to do with my life anymore. I can't even help my parents on the simplest things. I gotta achieve something!
I want to help him become at least a somewhat decent person. Not only for my sake, but also for his future. He's going to meet a lot of different people. And with his attitude, he won't be able to get a decent job. But I don't know how to do it so I kinda need some advice. Please?

Maybe he isn't being his self. He might have some problems at home or maybe he's just trying to act 'cool' like those bad boys in Drama, Anime or Movies. (I know many people like that)
Maybe he needs help in something? Try to talk to him seriously and if he keeps doing jokes or being annoying while you are talking to him, tell him that you're worried about him. That if he needs anything, he can ask you and talk to you.
Tell him that if he stays like that, things will get worse in the future and he will certainly regret it. Be serious with him.

Haha, thanks for the advice. Apparently, I tried talking seriously to him and, well, he actually has a nice side when he gets what he wants. He acts like a gangster but i guess it's because he doesn't know how to act any better. I'll do my best to help him in any way I can... well, while trying to manage my anger.
