My anxiety's gotten me again. Damn them, damn it... every time I set aside time later, they only remind me that it has to be done earlier when it doesn't, I break down every time. I hope they notice my frequent growling at them behind their backs, I hope they notice I'm not incompetent...
I even tell them about it. They don't give a damn or think it's an issue. I'm making this short so I have the patience to post this, strength or drive, per se. Forgive me for rambling. Maybe this'll be bumped off, that's okay.

Sorry. Anxiety's getting in the way of me having the drive to do anything, I tell my family this, and it's not even a problem to them. I can't even write without them interrupting me and giving me more anxiety.

Then do some sport, it'll evacuate your anxiety and that's a good reason not to be with your familly for a few hours per week.
Running is a great sport to get rid of stress, and you don't need particular stuff to do that.
Cycling is great to head off your home. A basically trained road rider is able to do at least 25kms to find a quiet place to read, for exemple.
Swimming trains all of your body, and it allows you to rumble in your thoughts.
Until going to college, I practiced triathlon, which is the combination of the three sports.
Check out the sport section, or look for clubs near your home.
But if you choose a team sport, don't go in a big club: they will never let you play.
