I don't know how to talk to new people, because 1. I'm shy 2. I'm socially awkward. I can't talk to other humans because I'm scared that there going to hurt me. And the neighborhood I live in doesn't help either.

Im just like you. its easier to talk to people if you have things in common. Im socially awkward and shy as well, but i manage. I'd try going to some on the chat rooms. You never know who you might meet, so be careful, but its a good way to make new friends.
