this is just me venting feel free to add in

honestly school has just caused so much anxiety and stress in my life. It doesnt help that im a naturally anxious person either. i have really bad anxiety. i just found out im failing french and i honestly thought i was doing my best but it turns out all my test grades are close to failing... idk ive had the same french teacher for 3 years but now they suddenly switched me to this new teacher and i just cant learn by the way he teachers. im not trying to tell him how to teach but this is the first yea r im close to failing french, i have a fricking average of 65-69, probably going to fail the test tomorrow because i was sick and i forgot my text book to study and its too late in the school year to switch over to the other teacher.. i honestly dont know why they didnt put me with the original teacher who ive had for 3 years its beyond me. on top of that with all these essays and work i have to finish its just been taking a toll on my health, i havent been sleeping or eating like 3 hrs maybe 5 of sleep a night. i actually dread classes every single day and i feel like crying because i probs missed alot of work today.. ived just been bummed out ever since school started. am i over stressing or do you guys feel the same?

Its okay @baekky, I have anxiety and depression, and all that other 'fun' stuff. I had trouble with school and people. I got bullied, A LOT. but don't freak yourself out ok? Talk to your teachers and tell them what's going on. Try making a routine and setting alarms to know when to eat and sleep. Parents can be a good source of moral support as well. Dont give up on yourself ok? Keep your head up. you'll get through this. =)

As much as that sucks, worrying will only make it worse. It sounds cliché, but it's really true.
Focus on getting better yourself before working on French. If you're hungry, anxious, and sleep-deprived, you won't get anywhere no matter how much studying you do. And your health is much, much more important than anything you do in school. Seriously.
If you can, ask your friends to explain a few things to you, and look other things up online. I might be able to help you as well (while I've got little background in French, I've studied tons of Latin so I'm pretty good with grammar).
Try to switch teachers at the end of this semester, too.

Just take it down a notch, make a plan, and do things in a way you are most comfortable. You sound like you are overworking yourself.
