Maybe if you find someone you are comfortable with will help you to talk more, especially if this person is talkative XD to get someone first, be nice, treat them how you'd like to be treated then they will pay attention to you more. After that you might become friends. Good luck!

I was a quiet person too, but then I found myself a new hobby. I got many online friends, who had the same hobby and soon I began to find real friends because of that. Of course. I still dont have much real life friends. but I have online friends.
