hmmm, what is the best sort of advice that I can give to a brokenhearted person?
I'm an introverted person and a bit noob about the emotional thingy... my friend is pretty depressed... I dunno what to do.
Pls help me.

well 1st move is to not remind them of the reason why they are brokenhearted.
2nd off is to treat that person to something, anything you can think of that he/she might like.

This is what i think can be done, or just simply sit there and talk with whatever topic. Good luck

Support them. A broken heart isn't going to heal overnight. Being there for someone really helps, though of course sometimes they may want to be alone.

Just act normal bro shit you might make your friend said if you start acting different he might feel its putting distance between you two an make him her feel bad

Any support can be either burdening or helpful given the nature of the person, so it'll be good to kind of watch out for them for the next week or so. If they say they want someone to listen to them, do so. If they don't, you should probably avoid the subject of heartbreak - small gestures like offering to go out to see a movie or even just visiting occasionally would be nice. But honestly I'm sure they'll appreciate any form of support you're trying to give, just make sure you're giving them space to breathe as well- good luck!

maybe make your friend talk about his feelings and the problem? i know bringing it up may make him/her even more depressed but usually, when i have something that i feel angry, sad or worried about i like to talk about it to take the weight off my chest. knowing someone is listening and caring about my problems will lighten my mood up :)I hope this helps.

Nemesis, there is no way you can help a brokenhearted person. A loss is a loss but as a friend you can distract them from that pain. How about you take them out to eat or take to a trip around the city? That is what makes me feel better when ever I am brokenhearted.

I'm a huge fan of quotes, so I'll give you a good one.

“When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives mean the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand. The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend who cares.”
