Apparently, someone I know is getting bullied but I don't feel like I can do anything since she is from a different school district. On multiple occasions, a certain group of girls steal her pens and they also exclude her from the group when they do group activities. She's tried going to teachers about it, heck, even her mom went to the school about it but the school doesn't seem to do anything.
Right now I'm contemplating giving her pens that look like regular red and black pens but really write in red so the girls steal her pens, they get a surprise. Other than that, I'm kinda drawing a blank on what to do. Any suggestions??
