Well 7 Cups of Tea is the site for you! 7 Cups of Tea is an anonymous counselling websites which has many volunteers to be 'Listeneners' who give you advise and talk to you in chat rooms.
Here's a little story for ya, I've been confused on my gender, then I came across 7 Cups, and after a session or two, I now feel way more confident about myself, and I've learnt much more about me. Bumping this. It's really useful if you're kind of down and you want to talk to someone, but you don't want to bother anyone because you know that these people want to listen. They want to give any advice they have. I found it a while ago and it really helped.

To add to this post, there's also another site just like this called Blahtherapy.com! Sometimes you can't really talk to those around you, so these sites are really helpful.
