I'm very shy and I don't know how to talk with a girl I have never talked with so please, help me with it, I need it

Don't stress and don't push to hard, it might result in pushing her away. Start with subtle things like opening the door for her when she passes by or offer her a place to sit at lunch if she's not with anyone else. Do something to get her attention without being a showboat. And most importantly don't forget who you are. No matter what you should stay positive even I it doesn't work out.
