I've been going steady with a girl that I really really like. I'm not a mind reader, but I think the level of emotions are mutual. I didn't want to be sudden with it, but I think I might love her. We've been going out, around a 2 months I guess. When is an appropriate time to tell her that I love her?

Depends on how you feel about the words, "I love you." I mean me personally, that makes no difference, I say it all the time, so it's like nothing. I don't take it seriously, but if you take it seriously then I guess that's different. There are probably more serious things that can tie a relationship though. I don't think "I love you" is something serious, maybe saying, "I'd die for you, but I love you is sort of whatever. At least in my opinion. =/

2 months does not seem long unless you're one of those, "it's my one-week-anniversary omg" kind of people. Whatever you want to do, man. Don't say it unless you want to. If you're having doubts about it, then isn't it a little obvious you're not ready to say, "I love you."
