Hi, my name is Trevin. I have been talking to this girl I like for 5 months (May-Sept). I have been texting her every week at least and dropping subtle hints to her. Do what you want. There are no consequences that will impact you in a ling term by doing this. If you get rejected then people wont be talking about it forever, probably for a few days and they will get over it. No reason to be awkward. And who knows? If she does like you back then good on you. I would wait a while though and try to transition the "friend" relationship to a "flirty" relationship. That's when you know she likes you.
