Okay so recently life has been terrible and it's causing my depression to act up again. I just can't handle school now people... both are very scary for someone with social anxiety disorder. Someone help me?

I don't know if you're being bullied or not, but if u don't I have some advice. If u being left alone and no-one care about u well just don't worry cause it's just a start. How about just stay quiet for a while looking around and enjoy the time being alone by yourself, then at some time some people will came and talk to u and then just try to talk to them nicely not talk in a way that is unfriendly. Maybe when u talk try to smile and laugh a little that will create a friendly atmosphere and make them like u and they will talk to u again. Trust me, I'm being stuck in this situation once.
