I'm not sure if those goes under personal or sports, but I feel like it's more personal. Okay, so I'm going back to school next week(Starting as a freshman in highschool) and on the first day there are tryouts for the girls field hockey team. I've never tried out for a team before, and I'm sure it's different everywhere you go, but any advice of what to expect. I've never played a sport other then the middle school tennis team that was new and had a coach with no idea how to play properly- there where no tryouts either. I really want to be on the Field Hockey team, but the schools sports is division 1 so I don't what the chances are of me being able to, and what to expect. And also what do I wear to the tryouts, lol. Sorry, it's really nerve racking for me, I don't even know anyone whose going to be on the team or anything...
I started new this year as well and I didn't even know sport teams at schools existed! I managed to cope, I didn't wear what they wore at the first few trials but I still kind of dont. It wasn't bad at all but I know how it can be nerve racking in your freshman year, but all is good I assure you! You literally wont know ANYONE but you gotta start somewhere. I'm trying to join an athletics team and today I gotta go for the selection, and I'm 90% sure I dont have much of a chance X( (its because I havent done exercise in years and only got into it now!).
