I apologize for the stupid subject but I'm at my wits end. I have the horrible habit of biting my nails. I have tried that anti-nail biting stuff you put on the nails but it hasn't helped. I was wondering if anyone had any tips.

Why dont you try covering our nails with something? Like gloves or bandaids/stickers? You could also try focusing your hands on something else, so that they dont move to your mouth...?

Romeo's suggestion is great! You can also put honey on our nails, because enough honey can have a sour taste so when you bite your nails, you taste that overly sweet taste that makes want to barf. Just a thought.

Dip your nails in vinegar. Then just let it dry.
