so my family ignores me and they dont event make enough dinner for me i eat toast almost every meal plus they dont understand that i cant have dairy products so i eat the bread dry and i cant get a job because i live to far out in the country

I knew a friend that's somehow like that! He's over 20 years old and still doesn't have a job because he lacked qualifications. Because of this, his family treats him like trash.
Well, I don't know what he did for himself but I'm pretty sure he isn't on the streets anymore (since I don't see him anymore). But you could always try to move into the city and look for a job there, if you have credentials that is.
Right. Qualifications and credentials are everything you need to get a job!! Experience comes afterwards /o/

when he/she has a allergy that cause bad things by certain meals yea i have allot of them, try to get help from employment exchanges well here ing ermany there ALOT and try to get you get a job maybe better qualifications well i experienced that that job i done in the past year was nothing for me so i decided to get better qualifications and maybe study so you can do wat you want in the end so yea and now i can make the graduation from high school so that after that i can study, yea in germany you get good help jobwhise just cheer up and try. i know my english isnt the best but anywhelse hope that helped

Is there a certain reason they ignore you? And maybe try making your own meals (there are many simple recipes online that are easy and don't contain milk) I also can't have milk so I understand how hard it can be. Try talking to your family more often and try to build up your resume a bit to help get a job.

Try making something for yourself, it's not that hard to cook something simple, and you can take the ingredients you have at home, saying you're preparing your share for yourself. As for work, make sure to ask around, and maybe help out neighbours with things like mowing the lawn or cleaning, babysitting, chores and so on...
Not to be rude, but do you live under quite poor circumstances? In terms of funds I mean, because that would kind of justify the food issue and the lack of job chances.
