Can someone give me advice on how can I overcome motion sickness ? It's one of my biggest problem , because I'm taking journalism in college and being a journalist requires a lot of traveling. I easily feel sick just by smelling the scent of air conditioned vehicles.

Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated :) Please help me T_T

well there are a few ways.
1: you can find places that have the least amount of movement like on a plain go to the middle not the sides. also like on boats go below deck in the middle area.

2: ginger helps. kinda

3: distract yourself and don't focus on the movements.

have you also tried medications? cause sometimes thats a good plan especially if you're going to doin it a lot.

Try to sit near a window.
I find that reading or trying to ignore the motion results in increased nausea.
