I was just wondering how damaging to my health is it if I have 1 cigarette every like 2 weeks. I'm more of a social smoker and like it when I do smoke I just don't do it often.

It's bad. If you're a "social" smoker, that means you inhale a somebody else's smoke as well, right? That's even worse. Just quit.
