So the girl I like is going out with another guy and I know that if they break up ill be the rebound. I can defiantly make them break up but don't know if I should.

It kind of depends if the girl is ready to get back into a relationship after that. Like, after a few... weeks or days, maybe. You should probably check if she likes you back though... Just in case ^w^
