I want to make new friends , but i'm shy and become nervous easily , and when i try to meet new people i get nervous and can't talk , so i'm looking for some advice.

find someone really outgoing, so then one, you don't have to talk much (outgoing people have big mouths, trust me XD) and two, your personalities will balance each other out

Just slip into conversations considering your hobbies or post on such forums. Finding similarities is the easiest way to get a relationship going.

I would look for the weird but funny and easy to talk to girls (or boys if u prefer) and sit near them, and eventueally they will come to you.
