When your high (be it a drug or on life) it's amazing,life for once seems amazing,but you fuck up one to many time and are forced by your best friend to get clean and then the only drugs you use are migraine pills and life.  you leave your old life for a better one and get new friends and then they leave you. And you got one guy that's your  nigga for life and you learn to deal with life with just your nigga. Then time goes by still clean,and still hangin with your nigga but you meet this girl you find out your past's are a lot alike so you start hanging out
"a lot" she solves all your problems and you don't want to stop hangin with her cause your afraid your problems will come back but this girl,she becomes a new drug that you were hooked on scenes the first moment you met her,and just like every other drug,you have to put money in. so you heard of a job to get some real quick money and a lot but the thing is if you got caught it means you get in a lot of trouble so at first your in and he tells you everything about the job but at the last second you tell the girl and she tells you not to do it cause she's got a bad feeling about the job. So out of love and respect for her you back out of the job. A few weeks later you realize the old friend that offerd the job got caught cause some one snitched and the old friend "says"he doesn't blame you so later on you go over to his place to hang out and see if you and him are still ok turns out he has a 44 that says yall aren't and the only thing that's saved your life was a few steps to the left and your uncle with a big rep who was still sitting in the car waiting to make sure nothing bad happens to you and your glad he dose. But later down the road you have to deal with it my question to you is how do you deal with the old friend.

I can't empathize with you, since our situations are so different, however, I must say that that sounds rough.
Shouldn't you rely on your girl? She saved you from a dangerous situation, and she seems to have a similiar background. Try consulting her, she sounds like the best guidance you can have.
If I were in your situation though, I would cut my ties with that guy. Neither did he trust you, nor did he value your life. Then again, he probably has some issues that you could help him with... No, wait, what happened in the end anyways? Did your uncle intervene and you just left, did someone get hurt, what's your friend up to now?

Choose your friends wisely. You almost lost your fucking life because of that guy and he almost got you in some dangerous shit. But it seems like you still value him somehow so my opinion is just cut all ties with him and never meet up with him again.
