so the girl i like has become friends with my best friend now we ive known the girl for a long time like we have been friends since the 6th grade and i feel like she not only shifting away not only that but i think she likes him and im not the best guy at handling emotions i usually get very stresed and very nervous and this defenetly makes me kinda confused towards where i went wrong or what happened. perhaps ur advice will be needde :) thank you

Consider their feelings. If they fall in love with one another, it'll certainly be painful, but you shouldn't stand between them. Don't try to hold onto her when she's not yours, that doesn't mean you have to stop trying to get her to like you though. Just don't approach her in an annoying manner, if she is visibly displeased by your conversations, you should stop forcing yourselves.
All this will be incredebly painful, but love can be a cruel thing.
